Company Description
Roberts Farming is a large kiwifruit enterprise in Gisborne.
We have 38 hectares of G3 (new gold) kiwifruit, 11 hectares of green Hayward kiwifruit, 1 hectare of trial kiwifruit, 5 hectares of new kiwifruit root stock, 20 hectares of grapes, 2 hectares of citrus. We have 9 orchards on the Poverty Bay flats.
We began growing kiwifruit 40 years ago and have gradually increased our business since, purchasing more land and planting it mostly ourselves.
