Leaderbrand Produce Ltd is one of New Zealand’s largest and most diverse horticultural businesses. As a large scale farming operation we grow, pack, distribute and market a wide range of annual and permanent crops, as well as added value products for the domestic and export markets.

Our continued growth creates exciting opportunities for our existing staff and also leads to new roles and opportunities for fresh ideas and expertise to join the team.  We are currently seeking to attract an enthusiastic Crop Supervisor. This will be a support role to the Crop Manager which will encompass all aspects of crop production from pre-planting to planting, crop walking, irrigation, crop estimates and harvest.

Alongside crop operations will come a level of team management and leadership.  Although not necessary it would help if the applicant had a background in crop production.  This is a broad scope role which covers all aspect of our horticulture operation including hands on help when required. The ideal candidate would be someone who can think on their feet to problem solve as they go and using their initiative to make decisions to complete the task at hand.
