We are currently seeking to attract an enthusiastic Lettuce Harvest Supervisor to lead our Lettuce Harvest Crew.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Gisborne, with plenty of potential for further ongoing personal and professional development. This hands-on operational role has the core focus areas of developing and managing a team that is efficient and upholds our culture and collaborating with stakeholders
such as Crop Managers, Post-Harvest and Sales team.

We are looking for someone with a great attitude, an eye for detail and most importantly you must be keen to learn. Experience in Lettuce is not required but experience in managing a team is necessary.

Applicants must hold a full current NZ Driver’s License and should have NZ Residency or a valid Work Visa.
