We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor who will be part of the Leaderbrand Engineering team and support our Engineering Manager.

Are you a qualified diesel mechanic?

Are you ready to take the next step in your heavy diesel career? Tired of being “just a number”? We currently have a position available for a mechanical supervisor.

As part of a young dynamic team, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the mechanical team in our modern facility, liaising with engineering team, service manager and staff from other business units when required to ensure efficient turnaround with quality results.

Job Requirements

You will need:

• Qualified heavy diesel mechanic (4 years minimum)

• Have experience in Agricultural, forestry equipment or other heavy diesel environment

• Energetic, fast thinking and young at heart

• Able to completely immerse yourself in a team environment where everyone has a say

• Have a can do attitude

• Maintaining healthy and safety standards

• Great work ethic

• Attention to detail.
