Job Expired

LeaderBrand Produce Ltd is one of New Zealand’s largest and most diverse horticultural business. As a large scale farming operation we grow, pack, distribute and market a wide range of annual and permanent crops, as well as added value products for the domestic and export markets.

Our continued growth creates exciting opportunities for our existing staff and also leads to new roles and opportunities for fresh ideas and expertise to join the team.

We are looking for operators who have a passion for growing and the outdoors, thrive on challenging yourself and further your career with a vibrant team.

There isn’t too many SaladLeaf growers out there, so we know we are going to have to train you.  If you have tractor driving experience or even Growsafe that would be a massive advantage.  If not, as long as you are proactive, productive, positive with a can-do attitude, hardworking and good with people (we work as a team), then we will do the rest.

The position is a full time permanent role.

Applicants must hold a restricted or full current NZ Driver’s License and be will be willing to work outdoors, so being prepared to work in whatever weather Gisborne throws at us will be a plus.
