Requirements:

We are looking for Tractor Operators/Drivers who have a passion for growing and the outdoors, thrive on challenging yourself and further your career with a vibrant team.

Requirements:

– Be physically fit

– Hold a class 2 or higher NZ driver licence

– Have previous tractor driving experience

– Have basic mechanical skills

– Have the ability to keep records and work with minimal supervision

– Pass a pre-employment drug test.

This is a broad scope role which covers all aspect of our horticulture operation including hands on help when required. The ideal candidate would be someone who can think on their feet to problem solve as they go and using their initiative to make decisions to complete the task at hand.

This is a full time permanent role that requires you to drive our equipment on the road so applicants must hold a restricted or full current NZ Driver’s License. You will be willing to work outdoors, so being prepared to work in whatever weather Gisborne throws at us will be a plus.
