Planned Business GrowthEver forward thinking, LeaderBrand strives to be the best at what we do, in every aspect of our business. This mean investing in our people, plant, property and processes.
Our continued growth creates exciting opportunities for our existing staff and also leads to new roles and opportunities for fresh ideas and expertise to join the team.
Having more than doubled our salad program in the last 12 months, we are consistently seeking opportunities to expand across our growing regions.
Our new salad processing plant was commissioned in 2017 and is one of the largest and most sophisticated factories of it's kind in the Southern Hemisphere. We are proud to be at the front of technology and development in our industry. And our crop management office boasts a team of highly experienced Agronomists from around the world, who are currently looking at other potential crop growing regions across New Zealand for development opportunities. It is our vision for this kind of diversification that cements our position in the industry and helps us to guarantee supply to our customers.
